Bartending at Alden Orchards
We are happy to have you onsite at Alden Orchards! We do not have a vendor fee and always provide a helping hand to ensure you are taken care of as a vendor. Our assistant can be reached at anytime throughout the event at (616) 644-4391.
The map below shows the property layout along with a diagram of where to park. The bar is placed according to the client’s chosen dance floor space. If client chooses dancing in the barn, the bar is commonly placed on the patio outside the barn. If dancing is in the pavilion, the bar is commonly placed within the pavilion. Both are accessible locations for happy hour as well. In the case of inclimate weather, the bar is placed under a sheltered space and there are umbrellas available to shade from sun/mild weather as well.
Within the bar, there are shelves to hold the napkins, glasses, ect. Behind the bar is a prep table. The set-up does not include can openers, coolers, alcohol, or ice which are to be worked out between the bartender and client. Alden Orchards offers rentals for drink dispensers and drink buckets which are placed at the bar before you arrive if rented by client. These are to hold non-alcoholic drinks only and are to be emptied and cleaned at the end of the night. Glass bottles and cups are allowed onsite but are not provided.
Last call is at least 1 hour before the event ends and no later than 10 p.m.
