Event Insurance
Alden Orchards requires General Liability Insurance for the single date of your event up to $1,000,000 in coverage as outlined in all contracts.
General Liability Insurance protects you against property damage or bodily injury caused by guests or vendors. Some couples find that their their current insurance provider is able to offer it in their existing policy. Others choose to use a one time option such as those listed in the article below. It is wise to review the pros and cons associated with providers beyond price. We commonly see “WedSafe” but want to make sure that you find an option that aligns best to your needs!
In addition to General Liability Insurance, Alden Orchards requires alcohol insurance. This is often covered by the bartending company, but if the selected bartenders do not provide alcohol coverage, it is to be added on to your General Liability Insurance policy.
Alden Orchards LLC is to be listed as an Additional Insured/Certificate Holder with the address of 2534 Alden Nash Ave NE Lowell MI 49301
Proof of General Liability Insurance and Alcohol Insurance are to be provided by email to events@AldenOrchards.com at least 7 days prior to event.
Additional coverage can be purchased such as Cancellation Insurance, but Alden Orchards does not require such coverage.
