We are thrilled that Alden Orchards is able to host your wedding! Here are a few resources to support the process. As always, please reach out with questions!
You can expect that we will connect with you based on the timing outlined below:
5 months prior to event - Start of reception floor planning (refer to the “Floor Plans” page below for more information)
4 months prior to event - Collection of general timeline information
3 months prior to event - Collection of vendor information
3 months prior to event - Scheduling of a planning session
2 months prior to event - Selection of rentals (can still be modified after the planning session)
1-2 months prior to event - Attend onsite planning session
7 days prior to event - collection of damage deposit
2 days prior to event (by noon) - confirm layout and rentals based on weather predictions
2 days post event - return of damage deposit
