Guest Detail Tracking

Below is a document available to track your invitation mailings, the attendance responses, food selections, gifts, and assigned seating. Use it to the extent that you wish!

Click “View Here” on the image below to open the Guest Detail Tracking document. Then select “file” —> “make a copy” to edit it as you please. We encourage sharing with with those who may be able to help you track down mailing addresses, RSVP responses, and seating chart considerations. The document may also be exported to excel if that is a preferred format.

-Page one - Set-up information to generate fields in the following pages
-Page two - Guest invitations, attendance responses, assigned seating, & gifts
-Page three - Guest seating plan (based on fields entered in page one & two)

Pro tip: create a new email address (maybe reserve one with your new last name?) and allow guests to RSVP to that email whether it be directly or through your wedding website. That way it does not get mixed in with your personal emails. You may even consider a QR code on your invitations for guests to navigate to your wedding website and RSVP.
