Alden Orchards continues to add rental inventory, with the goal of easing logistics on your end. You are free to personalize the space however you wish which means bringing your own decor, yard games, ect. if desired. You can review the rental inventory available linked below.
It is important to note the quantities available and the pricing per unit as listed below each item. A use tax at the rate of 6% is calculated in addition to pricing listed. Rentals do not include decorative greenery shown in photos or any catering duties. Dinnerware and linens are placed within the barn at the beginning of the rental period, which correlates with your agreed property rental timeframe. Caterers are often assigned by the client to distribute, replenish, retrieve, and clean dinnerware. An additional 30% cleaning fee is applied to dishes if you wish to return in a dirty state, determined and paid prior to rental period.
When you are ready with your selection, reach out to Alden Orchards and the rental inventory list will be sent to you to collect your selection details. Selections are to be made at least 2 months prior to the event date with a 50% deposit. Modifications can be made and the final payment adjusted at anytime up to a week prior to the event.
