Planning Session
Throughout the planning process you will receive a number of communications that gather information on your plans. Please be prepared 2 months before your event date to make rental selections, provide details on a timeline, vendor information, and estimated guest count. Once information is provided, we look forward to sitting down in person to finalize details. You will be guided in the process of making decisions on a floor plan and property layout along with placement of your selected rentals. It is advised to schedule for 30-60 days before your wedding date. You can choose a time that works for you based on the calendar linked below (reach out if another time is preferred).
The planning session is scheduled for an hour and 30 minutes, and you are free to use the time as you would like. A physical property diagram is provided at the beginning for you to mark-up as desired and a measuring tape is available if desired. If you have a hired coordinator, we ask that the coordinator attend, along with your decision makers, or whoever would like to come along to see the space.
There is something so helpful about visually seeing the space. For that reason, we are happy to schedule time outside of the planning session if desired, which can be arranged as a second tour.
