Floor Plans
Alden Orchards creates a floor plan personalized to the bride and groom around 5 months before the event. You can expect a few proposed designs and outline of things to consider to help guide your decisions. The floor plans are visualized during the planning session and finalized as a follow-up to the planning session. Below is an example floor plan along with some specifics on the tables included in every package.
The ceremony layout (number of rows) is provided 30 days before the event date, when the guest count it close to final. Lastly, there is also a pavilion layout and a full property layout provided as a follow-up to the planning session. Examples are shown below.
Our 8 foot tables provide comfortable space for all guests while also saving room for table decor. On its own, a table can seat 8 individuals on the side plus one on each end for a total or 10 guests. (There are a few 6ft. tables available for tight spaces in the floor plan if necessary or used in the head table as shown in the diagram below)
The sweetheart table is 4.5 ft. long and can be combined with the head table or allow the bride and groom to sit on their own.
The tables are finished in a soft, caramel brown color. We have yet to see clients choose table clothes, but table runners are helpful to make the decor pop and absorb sound. We offer white runners as a rental if desired or you are welcome to bring your own.
